Mr & Mrs Wilkinson
Following a visit to one of our Showhomes Mr & Mrs Wilkinson contacted us and our relationship started to grow. We kept in touch for well over 12 months until they found a property that suited them – a splendid detached house over 3 floors with five bedrooms and a study. It was a totally blank canvas, and the brief was to create a home in a classic contemporary style with a welcoming atmosphere for their family and to entertain guests.
We asked the Wilkinsons to provide an honest overview of their journey. Here’s what they told us…
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE BLOCC INTERIORS?
We chose Blocc from viewing the interior design they had done at a show home. We liked the individual design they provided rather than a ‘staged’ approach.
From the outset and throughout the whole team were very friendly and approachable, bringing the human touch to a professional relationship.
HOW WELL DID WE INTERPRET THE BRIEF?
Blocc interpreted the brief extremely well. They talked to us about our thoughts and ideas, getting to know us and the type of design features we liked whilst making suggestions that we would not have thought of but matched the design we had in mind.
They brought a highly creative approach to the process – as above, looking at our ideas but suggesting designs and ideas that inspired us and which we were happy were incorporated into the final design.
DID YOU FEEL YOU RECEIVED GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY?
They provided good value for money in saving us a huge amount of time and effort in creating our whole house interior design and also working generally to an overall budget.
WERE YOU HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED INSTALLATION?
We were very happy with the finished installation. It was wonderful to see it develop and then come together into a creative and polished, stylish interior.
HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVED FROM US?
Customer service was excellent, always ready to respond to queries and any minor concerns which were dealt with in an efficient and timely fashion. All contacts and tradespeople were uniformly of a high standard.

Absolutely lived up to our expectations – providing an individual, customer focused and creative approach to our home’s interior design.

The journey was extremely positive – the finish ended up being more than we had hoped for from the start.
