PROJECT: SHOWHOME – 3 BED TOWN HOUSE
Trent Bridge Quays is a contemporary development of 95 homes and apartments on the banks of the River Trent in Nottingham.
We were asked to create and style a showhome for a 3 bedroom townhouse with a modern and contemporary vibe to attract a younger audience of couples and families.
We chose a neutral colour scheme, creating space whilst adding subtle accents of colour to add depth and interest to each of the rooms.
Lots of different textures, fabrics and wood finishes were used throughout the house to create a tactile, friendly and warm home but still with a contemporary modern feel.
To create interest and impact to each of the rooms, we specified amazing oversized bespoke artwork which really draws you in as you enter each room.
Interesting lighting, straight line furniture, layered bedlinen and textured wallpapers were all incorporated into the scheme conveying a sense of simplicity with clean and crisp lines.
